US Foods Load Coordinator in Rosemont, Illinois

Ensures product availability through the timely delivery of all company inbound (USF managed, vendor delivered, backhaul, cross dock) transportation loads to multiple warehouse locations. Works directly with the Load Planning Team, Logistics Development Team and Replenishment to drive freight revenue, service fill rate and on-time delivery across all divisions. Determines the best delivery mode that meets or exceeds customer expectations while managing costs.


Four-Year College Degree In Business, Operations, Or Supply Chain Management Or Equivalent Supply Chain Work Experience Required.

Related Experience:

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Progressive Logistics, Transportation, Or Distribution Experience Is Preferred


Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Through Obstacles To Achieve A Goal

Ability To Interact Positively With Wide Variety Of Employees At All Skill Levels

Demonstrate Effective Problem-Solving, Sense Of Urgency, Conflict Management, And Negotiation Skills

Proficiency Required In The Use Of Microsoft Office Especially Microsoft Outlook And Excel, As Well As Prism, Smartdock, Manhattan -Tms Experience Preferred.
