This job is responsible for balancing and reconciling accounts, resolving differences, performing maintenance on various platforms, and researching and retrieving information within assigned area of Deposit Operations. Also responsible for providing information to customers, federal, state, and local government, as well as to internal employees both inside and outside of the department.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures timely processing of claims providing accurate error resolution following Regulation E and bank policies and procedures.
Operates network computers/software, and other equipment necessary to report and process financial transactions.
Balances various GLs and DDA accounts.
Researches and resolves and differences.
Works InfoPath queues to ensure proper support for requests and then execute customer requests in various core processing platforms
Participate in ongoing training.
Understands and complies with all Bank policies and procedures, and federal and state laws and regulations pertinent to this position; stays informed and shares updates on changes with management. Required to successfully complete all required Compliance training.
Continuously supports the Bank’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
_Additional Responsibilities for Level II:
Completes daily reconciliation of General Ledger and program accounts timely and accurately following policies and procedures.
Assists in developing and maintenance of department procedures.
Provides support for general operational duties assigned by manager.

**_Education and Work Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and required experience and/or training depended on level; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level I: three to six months related experience and/or training
Level II: six months to one year related experience and/or training
