Job Description:

Merrill Platform Experience Team (PET) Investment Consultants help new clients and prospective clients with beginning a new Merrill account relationships and review the full breadth and value of the Merrill platform. Consultants are responsible for welcoming new clients to Merrill Edge via outbound calls, educating them on the capabilities of the platform and deepening the relationship with additional products and services via holistic goal based conversations. Investment Consultants demonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets by applying key principles appropriately to the individual client's investment needs. Additionally, they align Merrill Lynch and Bank of America products and services where appropriate. Ultimately, consultants are in a position to make a new client’s first experience with Merrill Edge a memorable one that will lead to additional business in the future.   • Align with client’s conversation style to drive better engagement and optimal experience

  • Consistently identify opportunities and engage key partners as needed

  • Develop knowledge of investments and financial markets by applying key principles appropriately to the individual client's investment needs

  • Leverage the full breadth of our digital platform and services in order to provide convenient, engaging, streamlined, and expedited services to clients
