Job Description:

Manages a large portfolio of mixed complexity multi-product Commercial Real Estate credit relationships. Responsible for monitoring customer exposure, data integrity and compliance with Credit Policy, process, procedures and regulatory guidelines. Compares and evaluates the output of multiple systems to determine cause of data integrity issues and works to remedy those issues. Partners closely with internal client teammates. Monitors and assists in the resolution of various exceptions and ensures that activities comply with internal bank audit/control requirements. Independently reviews Commercial Real Estate credit documentation for portfolio tracking and compliance monitoring. As applicable, deals directly with external clients, internal client teammates and internal legal regarding requests for simple amendments, waivers or questions regarding clarification of pricing or covenants. Participates in projects that define Policy and Procedures, as a result of evolving businesses and creation of necessary efficiencies.

  • Experience in the financial services industry, specifically related to commercial banking

Desired Skills:

  • BA/BS degree; Business degree preferred

  • Project management experience

  • Paralegal skills (i.e. understand legal language and experience with legal docs)

  • Prior loan closing experience (or similar)

  • Understanding of Commercial Real Estate

  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft applications
