Bank of America VP Digital Channels Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

Act as a CashPro product manager, with ownership on improving client user experience and CashPro adoption.

The following list outlines core functions and role requirements:

  • Manage marketing research strategy across Digital Channels

  • Lead research studies such as Client Satisfaction and Greenwich Digital Channels Benchmarking

  • Analyze market and industry trends

  • Manage client forums, including CashPro Advisory Board and CashPro Advisory Lunch

  • Communicate feedback from clients to provide input on funding prioritizies, usability, effectiveness of commercization, and gaps

  • Define action plans to address client feedback

  • Manage global regulatory and refresh process to ensure compliance

  • Support internal regulatory and OCC audits

  • Lead CashPro SOC audits

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must be intellectually curious, and able to analyze and synthesize data across multiple sources

  • Strong detail orientation: Clearly understands data beyond top level analysis. Must be able to conduct deep analysis, identifying and assessing questions stemming from initial data findings

  • Critical thinking/ problem solving skills

  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations and effective listening skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers

  • Ability to influence others

  • Must think strategically and make sound judgment calls

  • Excellent organizational and program management skills

  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities

  • Flexible work style to accommodate working with partners across the globe

  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team

  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree

  • Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience

  • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to provide creative solutions both independently and as part of a team for unique client needs

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management and digital channels solutions

  • Good understanding or desire to learn new technology

  • Keen eye for market focus, competitive intelligence and awareness
