Job Description:

A successful candidate in this role must be creative, responsive, possess solid data analytical skills, have a strong financial and technical acumen and possess the ability to drive multiple projects forward. In addition, the candidate will be working with different levels of the Enterprise including various product leads, sales, finance and functional partners.

The Treasury ProductAssociateon the GTS Revenue Optimization Team is responsible for the following:

  • Proactively engage Sales, Product, COO and Operations teams globally to implement GTS pricing strategy and drive revenue/profit realization in support of One Goal

  • Create and utilize advanced analytics across GTS to better understand client, product and segment price point sensitivity, optimize revenue and profit, improve client experience related to pricing, evaluate products/segments/industries and compare pricing variations across the organization to identify best practices

  • Ensure pricing strategies can be implemented by working closely with the Billing Product Team to understand the spectrum of available pricing strategy options and limitations

  • Integrate pricing recommendations across applicable products and clients in collaboration with Sales and Product teams and deliver to Sales teams in the form of a decision tool that enables necessary functionality and provides the critical information for decision-making and tracking; help manage end to end execution of Pricing Event(s), including planning, analysis and ongoing communication delivery

  • Serve partners and business needs in most effective way possible, helping win good business at good prices, and providing insight to partners and leadership team

  • Optimize on opportunities to dramatically simplify and standardize our end to end pricing structure and processes

  • Design and evaluate pricing hypotheses across GTS in collaboration with the Sales and Product Teams. Hypotheses design could be based on revenue, profit and/or behavior targets as agreed to with Sales and Product teams. Implementation of hypotheses will be on a targeted group of clients and delivered in coordination with Sales and Product. Evaluate hypotheses results with Sales and Product to drive an array of client pricing recommendations


  • Exposure to treasury management products and services

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including:

  • Ability to effectively and respectively work with various levels of the organization and across different disciplines

  • Commitment to the highest standard of professionalism in communication and recognition

  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and an excellent understanding of financial technology within a business context including:

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

  • Complex problem solving

  • Strong organizational and time management skills including:

  • Self Directed: Ability to prioritize own work activity and the team’s to maximize performance against agreed targets

  • Project Management skills (project plan creation and progress reporting)

  • Ability to execute under pressure

  • Risk Sensitive: Ability to identify and evaluate potential risks in any given case and escalate accordingly

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Computer Science/Management
