Define enterprise customer communication solutions which enable easy integration and maximum flexibility for clients.
Provide technical direction and system architecture for Individual initiatives.
Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient Technical resource.

5+ years of experience in content management (Content Generation / Imaging / Storage / Delivery).
5 years of experience with OpenText Exstream, .net/J2EE, print solutions, Digital Customer communication Channels like email/Web Forms.
Works under minimal supervision, with minimal guidance.
Strong Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Team player with ability to focus on automation & streamlining to avoid reoccurring issues.
Knowledge in all aspects of design and application development.
Strong presentation skills.
Banking process knowledge.
