Job Description

Sales Support Execution professionals work with clients and Accenture Sales Executives to ascertain client requirements and develop technical solutions for solving client business issues. End-to-End Solution Architect represent individuals who manage dynamic technical solutions, documenting client requirements and details of the technical solutions, performing ongoing qualification of an opportunity, coordinating activities across client and Accenture teams, managing and close opportunities through the establishment of a win strategy, coordinating and documenting all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, building trusted relationships, management of client interactions during the sales process and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility .Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility. Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of technical architecture design, evaluation, and investigation.

  • Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience (Project and Resource planning using MS Project).

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in 2 of the following areas:

  • Server Operating Systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.).

  • Virtualization Platforms (e.g. VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.).

  • Cloud Computing and Storage (AWS, Azure)

  • Service Desk Operations

  • Infrastructure Security services

  • Desktop (End user) support

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous technical sales support or client service delivery experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Technical/Team Leadership Experience
