Bank of America Small Business Digital Tools & Partnerships Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

Small Business Digital Tools & Partnerships Manager will report to the Head of Small Business Digital. This role will be responsible for developing and improving the tools we provide our clients to better manage their businesses. This role requires the candidate to work closely with internal partners within digital and across other key stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, analytics, other lines of business) as well as the ability to work with existing vendors/partners and establish new relationships to provide the resources we need. The candidate must have experience in directly leading teams and implementing new solutions.

Required Skills:

5+ years of leadership experience managing a team

Knowledge of Small Business

Strong collaboration skills needed to effectively gather information and syndicate ideas in a large, matrixed organization

Excellent communications, both written and verbal

Strong analytical skills to be able to evaluate ideas, prioritize initiatives, quantify benefits, and evaluate performance

Ability to define and coordinate research to test hypothesis and refine concepts

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of, and proficiency in digital product and/or project management space with 5+ years of experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
