Bank of America Senior Field Examiner / Senior Auditor in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

Must be eligible to work in the United States and have valid passport and drivers license.

Must be willing to travel.

Public Accounting, Auditing, Finance or Banking Industry background is Preferred.

Responsible for day-to-day execution of Exam/Audit Procedures based on generally accepted Exam / Audit principles and practices. Responsible for completing Exam Report without delay. Also responsible for independent completion of additional assignments by applying established techniques. Sometimes responsible for more complex projects or engagements that involve multiple entities and divisions under the more senior team leader.

Required skills

-Intermediate Accounting Skills.

-Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

-Analytical Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems.

-Communication skills: Ability to deliver an effective argument and professionally present it to Clients and Team Members.

-Interpersonal Skills: Positive Attitude and Friendly Personality

-Audit Documentation Skills: Ability to document audit trails in a concise and comprehensive manner.

-Writing Skills: Ability to write a concise, comprehensive and grammatically correct report.

-Ability and willingness to meet tight deadlines.  

Desired skills

-Accounting Degree.

-Cost Acconting Skills: Variance Accounting, Manufacturing Accounting, Budgeting.

-Advanced Accounting Skills (Consoidataion, Elimination, etc).

-Computer Database and Data-mining Skills.

-Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot Table, Vlook up & Hlook up, Filtering, Conditional Arguments, Visula Basic, Array Formula, etc.

-Overall understanding on Credit Risks and Collateral Risks.
