Cintas Senior Account Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Cintas is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as a liaison between Cintas customers, sales and all business units. Responsibilities include managing business relationships with customers to ensure accurate and timely program implementation, increased penetration and retention of the customer; account management, growth; profitability; execution of marketing strategy; sales; and inventory management.
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant business discipline preferred
Minimum 4 years' account management or project management experience
Minimum 1 year management/leadership experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Experience in problem resolution with collaboration
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight
Experience developing and/or executing a sales/marketing plan
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Access
