Bank of America Program Manager, Wholesale Credit Strategy in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

The Program Manager will be responsible for oversight of multiple programs/projects related to the Wholesale Credit Strategy implementation that have significant impact on business processes that impact Client and Employee experience. Resource will interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to execute high visibility programs/projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Accountability for multiple initiatives which impact a diverse stakeholder group

  • Communicating and interacting with stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to drive initiatives to conclusion

  • Accountability for developing plans to deliver future-state approaches and facilitating implementation

Qualifications

  • 7+ plus years of program management experience preferably in financial services

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

  • Strong business-centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor solutions to ensure deadlines are met and risks are addressed

  • Ability to connect business outcomes with operational and technological considerations

  • Strong detail orientation and a willingness to synthesize diverse ideas into tangible action plans

  • Insight to identify gaps and execution risks and escalate as appropriate

  • Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization

  • Credit experience preferred

Note for candidates residing outside of Charlotte, role will require around 20% travel.
