Role description: Product Support member Level 2 Support, Release and Migrations. Triage customer and internal tickets relating to the LFC Platform and all service server connections. Create and build custom forms and technical solutions for our product. Develop customizations and hotfixes when necessary. Migrate changes fixes to production. This is not a client facing role.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in the mortgage industry

  • Minimum 3 year experience with internet technologies: Browsers, HTTP, FTP, Email, Encryption, etc.

  • Minimum 3 years experience with internet infrastructure Webservers, Webservice Servers, Database, Application Servers, File Servers, Load balancing, IIS

  • Minimum 3 years experience with interfaces and development XML, HTTPS Post, SOAP, Security, ASP, .NET, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL, ASP, PowerShell, PC Networking IIS knowledge, Crystal Reports

Professional skills:

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, Strong work ethic with a team first mentality, a personal ownership of their work with a focus on efficiency and quality, ability to lead manage small projects.
