The Cyber Security Defense (CSD) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. In addition, the CSD team drives out the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program.
The Problem Resolution Analyst position will be a part of the Problem Governance team.The Problem Governance team is responsible for the governance and oversight of all CSD related problems/issues identified from security incidents, events and testing. Team ensures identified problems/issues have mitigations plans, are completed on time and assist with escalation of any roadblocks. Must be able to meet demands associated within a technically complex, fast changing and dynamic risk environment.
Must possess 3 + years of overall experience in the following areas:
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff
In-depth familiarity with work flow tools and ability to develop and improve tools/processes.
Quick and agile critical thinking (thinking outside the box)
Strong Project Management skills.
Proficient in Windows, Midrange and Mainframe access provisioning and security systems.
Must be able to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
An adequate knowledge of information security principles
Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills.
Must have strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management
