Position Description
TheSeniorRelationshipManager supports the Financial AdvisorTeamto further develop and enhance existing client relationships.Promotesgrowth and acquisitionthroughfrequent client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments. Works closely withportfoliomanagers,productspecialists and/orrelevantteam memberstocoordinate all sales andserviceactivities.Servesaslead ownerandrelationship manager for medium-sized to complex accounts;developand implement the team’s clientservicemodel; ensuresdeepeningof client relationshipsbymaintaininga thorough knowledge of Wealth Management and Enterprise lending, banking, and investment products andservices,andfirm policies andprocedures.
Role Responsibilities
Act as aprimary pointof contact to clients seeking apersonalizedhigh-touchrelationship
Document client interactions and provide team with timesensitiveupdates
Develop, monitor, and execute on teamservicemodel
Conduct introductory client meetings
Engage FAs,specialists/partners to address client'sneeds
Serveas lead owner andrelationship managerfor a group ofclients
Identify and own the process for clientreviewmeetings
Host client review meetings to assist in re-discovery conversations, capture notes and followupinSales Force,and track all actions/activities to ensurehighest levelof clientservice
Lead the management and facilitation process of elevated clientissues/concerns
Organize andfacilitateclient appreciationevents
Qualification
Series7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; mustobtainall state registrations in support of Financial Advisor(s) and AdvisorTeam(s)If Series7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalentare not currently held, must be obtained within a specified timeframe to be eligible for Specialist position.
SAFE ACT Registration
Individuals in this role are required to maintain a Form ADV -2B, which provides clients details on individuals experience and educational background, along with other requirements governed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”)
Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm approved designation
Possess and demonstrate strong communicationskills
Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without directauthority to effectively partner with all EGP roles, product specialists and across enterprise
Provenability to build and deepen client relationships toidentify opportunities for businessgrowth
Detailoriented with strong organizationalskills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
Advancedknowledge and understanding of thesuiteof Wealth Management products andservices
Proven ability to manage risk and make sounddecisions
Ability to identify client needs and concerns and articulate appropriate approach to align solutions togoals
Ability to independently research escalated clientissuesforresponse/resolution
LOS5+ years or relevant industryexperience
