Job Title: NA DTE Leadership (MD) Recruitment Lead
Reports To: Global DTE Leadership Recruitment Lead and dotted line to NA Leadership Recruitment Lead
The NA DTE Leadership (MD) Recruitment Lead will work very closely with Senior Leadership at Accenture to manage the pipelines that identify, cultivate and attract talent to support the growth of that DTE at Accenture. Successful candidates must have the proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, candidates, HR Leadership, and the broader recruitment team, develop, deliver sustainable in-house sourcing programs, and report on their progress in a meaningful and actionable way. This role is a manager, strategic advisor, and delivery role.
Key responsibilities include:
Help establish and lead the execution of the NA strategy for MD recruitment for the DTE in co-ordination with our Managing Director sponsors, HR Business Leads, and Global recruitment leads
Maintain relations with prospects and candidates
Manage strategic search firm relationships with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with our preferred partners
Focus on diversity hiring providing the team with the needed support and tools to achieve our firm wide Inclusion & Diversity goals
Create and deploy reporting for stakedholders and Recruitment Leadership that accurately shows recruitment progress against goals
Work closely with peers in leadership recruitment on a global basis to assist in global leadership assignments and projects as needed
Act as the primary contact to execute all external MD recruitment requirements in your local area to include candidate ID, candidate development, candidate assessment, candidate presentation and offer extension
Help streamline the recruiting process and working closely with the HR department
Develop business case and provide advice to leadership on compensation as required
Manage the research of external marketplace/industry trends
Monitor external competitor analysis and provide marketplace intelligence to Business Leads and Country Leadership
Participate in strategic projects to enhance MD Recruitment
Oversee MD recruitment cost for the business
6 years recruitment experience, preferably within an industry consulting setting
Minimum of 2 year Executive level recruitment experience
