Bank of America IT Client assessment Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois

The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) function within Global Information Security is responsible for information security control enforcement, cybersecurity awareness, and enablement across all lines of business, enterprise functions, technology, and operations teams. The BISO team also leads cybersecurity external engagement.

The Client Assessment Coordinator (CA-C) will be a member of the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) organization and work closely with the line of business teams and the Client Assessment Information Security Officers (CA-ISO) to complete information security assessments conducted by new and prospective Bank of America clients.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Intake new client assessment requests

  • Maintain knowledge respository

  • Pre-populate client assessment questionnaires

  • Prepare client assessment metrics and reports

  • Identify and implement program improvements

+Facilitate conference calls and/or onsite meetings with Bank of America Clients

Required Skills:

  • 3+ Years of experience in technology and 1+years in information security

  • 2+ years of risk management experience with proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to challenging business situations

  • Must display strong subject matter experience in application security, vulnerability testing and development of a risk appetite

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent influencing and problem resolution skills
