Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow sales through outbound sales calls to new and existing customers in strategic markets. Responsibilities include growing sales by penetrating accounts to obtain additional business and expand product usage; building relationships with existing customers to discover new sales opportunities; meeting or exceeding sales goals through outbound call activity and lead generation on a consistent basis; selling additional lines of Cintas products to elevate Cintas as a valued supplier; gaining market share by increasing overall penetration of current customer base; analyzing and maximizing sales productivity to achieve set goals; assisting with creative sourcing by providing our customers with solutions for products and special events; professionally responding to and resolving inquiries in a timely fashion; maintaining excellent follow up with customers through clear communication, pricing and lead times.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Access

  • Working knowledge of contact management and order management systems

  • Minimum 2 years' Call Center experience

Education

High School Diploma/GED (+11 years)
