Bank of America Digital Channels Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

Act as a Digital Channels Client Integration Product Manager for the client connectivity suite of solutions.

Core function and role requirements

  • Lead client connectivity discussions by educating clients on industry standards, ERP/TMS integration, and security best practices

  • Be a trusted advisor to clients by providing connectivity solutions and gain insights related to evolving business needs

  • Be a liaison to external parties, such as third party ERP/TMS vendors, with a focus on industry standards, trends and competitive insights

  • Perform webinars and other educational campaigns to improve product knowledge related to client connectivity solutions

  • Participate in industry initiatives to help promote industry standards and simplified connectivity solutions

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Core Product Management, Sales, Operations, Servicing, and Technology to improve connectivity solutions

  • Support initiatives which impact client connectivity solutions in support of business enablement goals and risk mitigation activities

  • Possess a knowledge of Treasury Management products/solutions and Product Management acumen.

  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines

  • Flexible work style to accommodate working with partners across the globe

  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team

  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint; ERP/TMS experience is desired

  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree

  • Critical thinking/ problem solving skills

  • Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to provide creative solutions both independently and as part of a team for unique client needs

  • Corporate practitioner in the treasury space would be desired

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management and digital channels solutions

  • Strong influencing capabilities based on knowledge and experience
