Bank of America Digital Channel Consultant, Digital Content and Business Services Consultant in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

In partnership with the Head of Small Business Digital Sales and Service; and the overall Small Business digital team, the Small Business Digital Digital Content and Busines Services consultant serves as strategic partner to the Digital Small Business research (.com) content and authenticated (sales and service) experience across all products and platforms.

They will need to possesses a thorough understanding of the current inventory and architecture to Small Business research and servicing experience and makes recommendations to enhance the client journey.

The will perform inventory management, reconciliation and audit functions across all small business product and services pages.

They will leverage tools and platforms (IBM analytics, Glassdoor, Voices, etc) to perform in depth analysis and makes recommendations or lead efforts to reduce friction, increase throughput and conversions rates across all small business digital products.

They will partner with Small Business Product Managers, Digital Marketing, Program Managers and Tech teams to document, prioritize and execute small, medium and large initiatives that drive overall performance of sales funnel.

They will manage the authenticated Small Business Online Banking and MDA experience with a particular focus on Business Service product integration (RDO, Intuit, ADP, Viewpost) and Profile Linking experiences.

They will be the primary digital partner aligned with the Preferred Rewards for Business program including ownership of the Sales & Research experience (.com), Authenticated experience (Business OLB), and MDA experience.

Required Skills:

o 3+ years Digital Product Management experience (banking not required)

o Proficiency with lean agile and waterfall project lifecycles

o Strong organizational and influencing skills across teams, ability to engage stakeholders, to understand change readiness, manage differences and create buy-in

o Strategic thinking along with solid execution skills

o Strong understanding of technology and digitization and how it will continue to transform the retail and small business banking landscape

o Team player who is most comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who brings strategic business acumen

o Establish and maintain strong controls practices and support external evaluations.

o Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to building partnerships with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results

Desired Skills:

o Ability to create succinct stories using PowerPoint to persuade and inform

o Highly action oriented individual that projects enthusiasm and determination

o Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

o Digital channel and/or small business product experience

o Can be influential and persuasive while at the same time being diplomatic.
