Bank of America Credit Risk Mgr-Corp/Comm in Chicago, Illinois
Commercial Post Approval Review associate will join a team of experienced credit risk managers who assess underwriting adequacy of recently approved credit transactions within Wholesale Credit. Focus will include, but not be limited to, single signature deals in Business Banking and Middle Markets as well as other ad hoc portfolio deep dives across geographic regions and industries sectors.
10+ years’ experience with underwriting/reviewing Credit Approvals
Applicant must be a proven leader with excellent commercial credit skills and strong underwriting and/or approver experience within Wholesale Credit or Risk.
Must be knowledgeable of commercial Credit Policy and underwriting platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; skilled at interacting with leaders across multiple lines of business.
Consensus builder when encountering varying points of view; ability to influence with impact.
Requires attention to detail and also ability to assess the big picture.
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
Familiarity with technology driving automation efforts a plus as there is also opportunity to contribute to automation and technology driven efforts that aim to improve risk management capabilities.
