Bank of America CashPro Mobile Product Manager: User Behavior Analysis in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

Act as a CashPro Mobile Product Manager with responsibility for client behavior analysis to drive mobile adoption.

Core function and role requirements

  • Leverage client behavior analysis to contribute to the definition of a future simplified CashPro experience to address client feedback and to better enable clients to leverage CashPro as relationships deepen across working capital solutions

  • Collect and analyze client profile and transactional data to support key business transformation programs across digital channels (CashPro Online, CashPro Mobile, CashPro Connect, CashPro API).

  • Baseline and ongoing measurement of client penetration and adoption across the digital channels continuum

  • Baseline and ongoing measurement of client servicing behavior

  • Production of client risk profiles to assist with communications related to security best practices

  • Analysis and recommendations related to CashPro administration simplification to ease client onboarding

  • Participate in client sessions to gain insights related to expectations of digital channels solutions

  • Increase client value and efficiency by influencing client behavior through the promotion of online and mobile solutions

  • Drive data collection and analysis to assist CashPro product managers in the prioritization and rationalization of business capabilities to be incorporated into multi-generational development plans

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must be intellectually curious, and able to analyze and synthesize data across multiple sources

  • Strong detail orientation: Clearly understands data beyond top level analysis. Must be able to conduct deep analysis, identifying and assessing questions stemming from initial data findings

  • Critical thinking/ problem solving skills

  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations and effective listening skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers

  • Ability to influence others

  • Must think strategically and make sound judgment calls

  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities

  • Flexible work style to accommodate working with partners across the globe

  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team

  • Technical skills: Tableau, AI, TOAD for data analytics, SQL, Webtrends, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint

  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree; Business, Engineering, or Computer Science degrees preferred

  • Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Requirements definition and data mapping

  • Database query experience

  • Strong analytical skills to address complex issues

  • Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to provide creative solutions both independently and as part of a team for unique client needs

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management and digital channels solutions

  • Strong influencing capabilities based on knowledge and experience

  • Good understanding or desire to learn new technology

  • Keen eye for market focus, competitive intelligence and awareness
