  • Provides business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools, and applications for a business function or business unit.

  • Conducting appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.

  • Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.

  • Providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings form, data processing, and data analysis.

  • Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.

Required Education and Experience:

As a Business Analytics Lead in the Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Group, you will analyze various individual or portfolio of assets within variety of US markets, prepare reports and present them to internal clients and management. Specifically, you will gather and review a variety of data sources, interview market experts, brokers, leasing agents (when necessary)– in order to analyze and summarize key economic market based information in a condensed format.

This position will be located in Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL or Washington, DC.


• BS Degree and or an advance degree plus 5+ years of related experience.

• Analytical mind and the ability to analyze a variety of data sources,

• Relationship building skills,

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task with detail orientation and strong follow up skills.

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate Properties, Appraisals, Underwriting, Lending and Credit analysis.

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint with Adobe.

• Knowledge of Costar, Econometrics, MPF and AXIO Metrics is a plus.
