Bank of America BISO Operations Knowledge Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description:

The BISO Operations Knowledge Manager is a new role, serving as an individual contributor role, tasked with building and executing a comprehensive knowledge management plan. This would encompass collecting, organizing, and managing collective bodies of knowledge on BISO Operations’ processes. The plan would involve evaluating and determining the organizational knowledge requirements and identifying gaps as well as establishing governance routines to ensure knowledge remains current and prevalent for all stakeholders. The role will require some technical skills in implementing the knowledge management plan. The role will have future growth opportunities and provide an environment where leadership and project management is paramount. In addition the role will require the ability to present and communicate technical information to executive leadership and stakeholders using adaptive communication skills.

Required Skills

• Familiar with Knowledge Management practices

• Experience with SharePoint and/or other knowledge management tools

• Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight

• Demonstrates self-motivation and intellectual curiosity

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to build and maintain constructive working relationship with peers and various levels of management

• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners

• Solid understanding of the cyber threat landscape and knowledge of emerging technologies and trends

• Familiar with business functions, processes, systems

• General knowledge of information security principles (e.g. access control, accreditation, risk assessment, configuration management, incident management, etc.)

• Familiarity with cybersecurity policy, regulation or frameworks or maturity models (NIST, COBIT, PCI etc.)

• Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level education, or commensurate experience

• Technical writing skills

• Strong PowerPoint presentation building skills

• 5+ years of information technology and/or information security related experience

• Prior operational risk, audit, compliance experience

• Assist with internal efficiencies projects and development

• Familiar with cyber threat landscape

• Understanding of Threat Modeling

• MITRE ATT&CK knowledge

• Quantifiable risk analysis frameworks
