The Maintenance and Reliability Leader directs and coordinates the activities of a team engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment, maintenance of buildings, grounds and utility systems of an oil seed crush facility. We seek a seasoned professional with the interpersonal skills to foster a culture of providing safe, quality, and cost effective maintenance programs. In this role you will lead our team of highly technical individuals to troubleshoot and handle problems.


  • Developpreventive maintenance programs.

  • Coordinateand integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.

  • Ensurework is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health andwellbeing of employees.

  • Resolvemaintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.

  • Overseemaintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production isminimized.

  • You willlead and develop a team, exhibiting authority for talent managementdecisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

  • Otherduties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)

  • Minimum of four years related work experience

  • Ability to travel up to 10%


  • Two years of supervisory experience

  • Process Safety Management experience

  • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification

  • Experience with Predictive Technologies

  • Experience with SAP

  • Food safety, quality and regulatory experience
