JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Maintenance and Reliability Leader directs and coordinates the activities of a team engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment, maintenance of buildings, grounds and utility systems of an oil seed crush facility. We seek a seasoned professional with the interpersonal skills to foster a culture of providing safe, quality, and cost effective maintenance programs. In this role you will lead our team of highly technical individuals to troubleshoot and handle problems.
Developpreventive maintenance programs.
Coordinateand integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.
Ensurework is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health andwellbeing of employees.
Resolvemaintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.
Overseemaintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production isminimized.
You willlead and develop a team, exhibiting authority for talent managementdecisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Otherduties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
Minimum of four years related work experience
Ability to travel up to 10%
Two years of supervisory experience
Process Safety Management experience
Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
Experience with Predictive Technologies
Experience with SAP
Food safety, quality and regulatory experience
