ATS is currently seeking a Reliability Engineer.
This individual will be responsible for independently leading a site's reliability program to enhance the effectiveness of the maintenance organization through development and implementation of various reliability strategies and techniques.
Responsibilities will include:
Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques
Ensuring that ATS Reliability Process meets or exceeds RPM reliability audit objectives
Providing training and coaching in ATS Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented
Managing the work order documentation in the CMMS to support a robust reliability and failure analysis effort (including monitoring closed work orders and providing training/coaching to the team)
Partnering with appropriate suppliers and customer technical resources to document best practices in the creation of robust PM, PdM, CdM and OPM tasks
Engaging customer technical resources, supply chain personnel, and key suppliers to develop and document robust spare parts lists, while striving to achieve best life cycle cost of ownership
Providing leadership in conducting or arranging for the training of maintenance tasks, techniques, technologies, and concepts for maintenance technicians and support staff
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Expert knowledge of reliability principles
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Previous project management experience preferred
