The Mobilization Technology Architect defines technical requirements and develop designs to support defined business requirements on the ServiceNow platform. This includes architecture components selection, define design patterns, and principles, participate in detailed design and code reviews. Mobilization Technology Architect may also review existing applications and provide recommendation for improvements and enhancements. Serve as point of escalation for development and technology operations teams.
The role may require interfacing with other architects, delivery/account teams, and BPO leadership to define and validate requirements, contribute to business case development, and develop application roadmap to support BPO strategic visions.
We count on your experience, knowledge, and leadership skills when you support our Mobilization Technology Architect. You will support our BPO Sales and Solutioning Team as the responsible Technical Architect in complex pre-sales/RFP processes involving ServiceNOW technologies and/or other BPO technologies. Key activities include
Directs quality work efforts and individuals
Makes independent decisions in area of responsibility
High degree of accountability for client/BPO leadership satisfaction or relationship
Leads/manages medium to large work effort and/or team
Design technology solution for BPO offering including application technical requirements gathering, integration design and technology solution design
Create Technology Solution Blueprint following Accenture Delivery Architectures principles and/or industry best practices. Select components, design patterns and develop architecture principles for development teams.
Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for development team.
Provide technology leadership to development teams and technical operations team.
Build strong customer relationships. Manage expectations at all levels, including clients, BPO leadership, and BPO delivery teams.
Contributes to creation of Technology for Operations standards and reference architecture
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Solution Architecture or Business Consultant in a client facing capacity
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Designing and Deploying Voice Systems
Professional Skill Requirements:
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification desired
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong coaching and project management skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
