Job Description

Software as a Service professionals demonstrate skills and experience related to Software as a Service SaaS software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud.

Workday Human Capital Management professionals demonstrate skills and experience in Workday HCM.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Researching and resolving day to dayWorkday US Payroll issues

  • Work with client to support the newrequirements for Payroll in Workday

  • Creating and Updating Workdayconfigurations based on requirement changes

  • Provide support for regular and specialpayroll processes in Workday

  • Provide support for post-payrollactivities like posting, bank transfer and pay checks in Workday

  • Provide support for Legal and regulatoryreports in Workday

  • Provide support for year-end reportingand other year-end activities in Workday

  • Analyze Workday Updates and providerecommendations to clients

  • Provide support for various Payrollinterfaces in Workday

  • Provide support to core HCM application

Qualifications:

Basic Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of applicationrequirements gathering a design

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands on Workday Payrollexperience

  • Minimum of 1 end to end Workday USPayroll Implementation Experience

  • Strong US Payroll process knowledge

  • Must be willing to travel up to 75%

Preferred Skills

  • Current Workday US Payroll Canadian Payroll and either Absence or Time Tracking certifications
